A 2nd smoothie today-a first! I usually just make one.
-4 organic bananas
-1 cup spring water
-A handful of spinach leaves
-A palm full of blueberries
I was inspired by a video about the raw food transformation of Jesi Di Palo on Rawsomehealthy’s YouTube channel, where she talks about having more than one smoothie a day:
1 large organic banana
1 cup spring water
A dash of spirolina powder
A handful of cilantro
A handful of spinach leaves
Spring is happening here (Toronto)! It’s at about +5C today, snow is melting and it’s a good day to walk around outside. Saw a House Fly and a Ladybuy out and about!
In other news, here’s my smoothie from today:
-lot of spinach
It was very good!
In this smoothie: 2 ripe bananas, a few dates, fresh lettuce, spring water and some blue-green algae powder. It was really good!
April’s full moon is also known as the “Pink Moon” and there is also a lunar eclipse tonight! But, it can only be seen from parts of Europe, Africa and Asia…not for us here in North America!
As the end of the Mayan Calendar gets close, it’s important to get good nutrition for all the trying times, wonders, and heightened energy flowing around us! I get back to making smoothie videos today!
